(West Fargo, ND) -- A West Fargo elementary assistant principal has been placed on administrative leave.
Spokeswoman Heather Leas confirmed to WDAY/WZFG News that Osgood Elementary Assistant Principal Joshua Dahl was placed on administrative leave on Tuesday, April 30. This was done pending an internal investigation, and is standard protocol for the staff member in question to be placed on leave while an investigation occurs.
"The situation that led to Mr. Dahl being placed on leave is specific to two learners, whose families are working closely with the district during the investigation," Leas told WDAY/WZFG News. "With such a narrow scope of impact, and the fact that the situation is still being investigated, broader communication around this situation was deemed inappropriate at this time."
