Today is severe weather awareness day in ND. Let’s run down some terms that many are familiar with. What is the difference between a watch and a warning?? Let’s use taco’s as an example:
A watch means all the ingredients are THERE for severe weather and you should prepare for the event. A warning means severe weather is occurring. Now, what would you do in case of a tornado? Let’s take a look:
