The Minnesota Twins took their series rubber match after defeating the Boston Red Sox 5-4 on Sunday afternoon.
Ryan Jeffers paced the offense with two RBI. Byron Buxton, Harrison Bader, and Matt Wallner each added an RBI.

Chris Paddack gave up three runs over five innings in a no-decision. Brock Stewart, Louie Varland, Griffin Jax, and Jhoan Duran all tossed an inning in relief. Varland earned the win, while Jax picked up the hold, and Duran tallied his fourth save of the season.
The Twins are now off on Monday before returning home to Target Field to host the Baltimore Orioles beginning on Tuesday night. First pitch for Tuesday night’s game will be scheduled for 6:40 p.m. with Pablo Lopez on the mound for Minnesota and Cade Povich counters for Baltimore.
