(McKinney, TX) — Scottie Scheffler is celebrating his 14th PGA Tour title after winning The CJ Cup Byron Nelson. Scheffler finished atop the leaderboard at 31 under par for an eight-stroke victory over the field. He also matched the low 72-hole score in Tour history with a 253.
Erik van Rooyen finished in second place at 23 under par. Defending champion Taylor Pendrith failed to make the cut.
The Tour will now head to Flourtown, Pa for the Truist Championship beginning on Thursday.
