Rudy Gobert (17), Mike Conley (16), Jaden McDaniels (14), and Donte DiVincenzo (13) all also scored double figures in the series clinching win.

The Wolves won the best-of-seven series 4-1. They are now returning to the Western Conference Finals for the second straight season and third time overall in franchise history.
Minnesota will take on the winner of the Oklahoma City/Denver series in the Western Conference Finals.
