FARGO, ND – A stretch of Fargo’s Elm Street has reopened.
The City reopened Elm Street between 13th Avenue North and 15th Avenue North It had been closed since Thursday due to the high level of the Red River.
Public Works Service Manager Corey Hoium says the road has been cleared of all hazards.
