The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks vs Kansas City Monarchs series finale on Thursday evening was postponed due to unplayable field conditions. Stretches of rain throughout the day deteriorated the field to the point where rescheduling the game became the only option.
The RedHawks and Monarchs will reschedule this game for Tuesday, July 15 as part of a traditional doubleheader. Each game will be seven innings.
F-M is now hitting the road for a weekend series in Lincoln against the Saltdogs. First pitch for Friday evenings opening game of the series is set for 7:05 p.m.
The RedHawks enter the weekend with a record of 14-10 sitting in third place in the Western Division. They trail Sioux City by 0.5 games for second place and Kansas City by three games for the division lead.
