LEEDS, ND – A Devils Lake man is dead after a crash.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the crash happened Thursday morning near Leeds on U.S. Highway 2.
According to the Patrol, a 62-year-old Devils Lake man was headed westbound on U.S. Highway 2 when his vehicle left the roadway, entered the median and struck an embankment. His vehicle then crossed the roadway into a slough.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The Highway Patrol is investigating.
