FARGO, ND — A 21-year-old Moorhead man has been arrested after a routine traffic stop Wednesday afternoon in Fargo.
At just before 2 p.m., police initiated a routine traffic stop in the 4500 block of 13th Avenue South.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Christian Torpeh Sluwar. He was arrested for an outstanding warrant for Possession of Marijuana Failure to Pay Fine and additionally cited for Driving Under Suspension.
Torpeh Sluwar was transported to the Cass County Jail.
