WEST FARGO, ND – A resident was displaced by a fire that was cooking-related Sunday morning in West Fargo.
The West Fargo and Fargo fire departments responded, along with police and ambulance crews, to the area of 2900 Sheyenne Street on reports of a structure fire. When they arrived, they found smoke to be visible from a fifth-floor apartment unit with a sprinkler activated.
The cost of the damage is under investigation, and no one was injured. One person was displaced, with several units sustaining water damage.
The Red Cross also assisted.
