Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks pitcher Jake Dykhoff has been named the American Association Pitcher of the Week for the week of June 22-29.
On Saturday in Lincoln he tossed a two-hit complete game shutout with a career-high 12 strikeouts in a 5-0 win. He tossed 102 pitches while only facing two batters over the minimum with zero walks.
The Wadena, Minnesota native, is the first RedHawks pitcher to earn the honor since Davis Feldman did so on the week ending on May 29, 2024.
This season Dykhoff has appeared in 18 games. He has a 4-3 record with a 1.90 ERA over 33 innings that includes 38 strikeouts.
