NEW YORK – The judge in the Sean “Diddy” Combs trial is not accepting the jury’s partial verdict for now.

The jury told Judge Arun Subramanian they have a verdict on four of the five charges. That includes two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. They say they cannot reach a verdict on the racketeering charge.

The judge has instructed the jury to continue to deliberate on the remaining charge.
