GRAFTON, N.D. (Valley News Live) Court documents say a man admitted to his probation officer he caused nearly $20,000 worth of damage to Grafton Federated Church.
Caspen Blackcloud is charged felony criminal mischief.
Grafton Police was called to the church June 6. Prosecutors say video from Choice Bank shows Blackcloud throwing rocks at the windows and breaking them.
Blackcloud was arrested July 3.
