The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks edged the Kansas City Monarchs 4-2 on Wednesday evening.
Jake Dykhoff tossed seven innings, giving up two runs, earning the victory. Parker Harm and Garrett Alexander each tossed shutout innings in relief.
Michael Hallquist scored twice while Dillon Thomas and Hunter Clanin also scored in the game. One of Hallquists scored runs was on a steal of home plate. The RedHawks only recorded four hits, but did draw six walks in the win.
Fargo-Moorhead now has a record of 32-30 on the season while Kansas City has a record of 37-24.
The RedHawks and Monarchs will wrap up their series this afternoon with first pitch scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
