FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Officials are warning the public of a Mountain Lion seen in Wahpeton on July 16.
On Wednesday night, Wahpeton Police received a call for a report on a mountain lion sighting near County Road 13 near the All Season Car Wash.
Officers approached the area and identified the mountain lion traveling southbound out of town.
The department is asking the public to reach out to Richland County Dispatch in the case the mountain lion finds it’s way back into town.
