(Portland, OR) — The Minnesota United picked up a point with a 1-1 draw against the Portland Timbers at Providence Park on Saturday.
Anthony Markanich scored in the 77th minute to give Minnesota a late lead, but the Loons surrendered a goal in the second minute of stoppage time. The United are in third place in the Western Conference with 41 points.
The Loons will visit St. Louis on Saturday.
