Fargo, N.D. – Fargo police have now identified the man who was killed during an attack this month in Downtown Fargo.
55-year old John Matthew Pilcher, who lived in Fargo, was walking along the 300 block of Broadway on the morning of August 3rd.
He was allegedly assaulted by 19-year old Tabias Jamal Walker, who authorities say used a skateboard to beat Pilcher.
Walker, who was arrested later in Moorhead, appeared in court this week and was ordered held on 75-thousand dollars bond at the Clay County Jail.
