GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) – The longest-serving member of the Grand Forks Police Department is calling it a career.
Sergeant Kevin Kallinen is retiring after 45 years and 5 months on the force.
That’s 16,602 days as a member of the Grand Forks Police Department.
In a GFPD Facebook post, Kallinen is described as a father, public servant, leader, mentor, and husband.
