FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A man has been charged after police say he crashed into multiple vehicles at a car dealership in Fargo on Saturday.

According to Court Documents, officers responded to the scene at Lunde Lincoln Mercury Jeep dealership shortly after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 16, for reports of a possible overdose in the parking lot.

A witness told police that a man driving a white Honda Accord struck vehicles in the lot and became unconscious.

Officers quickly identified the driver as Michael Pedersen.

After officers found that he may be impaired, they ran multiple tests and placed Pedersen under arrest for DUI/APC – a class C Felony.

‘APC’ is an abbreviation for ‘Actual Physical Control’, which is a charge handed out if someone is inside a disabled car, but is still in control of it.

Police then took Pedersen to Cass County Jail.
