Cass County, N.D. – For the third night in a row, Cass County Vector Control is laying down insecticide to knock down the mosquito population.
Truck mounted spraying will take place in rural areas of Cass after 8pm on Wednesday.
Prior to Wednesday, crews performed aerial spraying over Fargo and West Fargo on Tuesday night, which followed a truck mounted spraying effort on Monday.
The department says tonight’s operation is about “severe nuisance control” with a focus on areas at highest risk for West Nile Virus.
