FARGO, N.D. – The Fargo Police Department is releasing body worn camera footage of a man who assaulted three officers when he was confronted for smoking methamphetamine downtown this year.
Joseph Manitowabi was approached on June 7th and initially pulled away from officers during the assault, but was captured just a short distance away.
He was recently sentenced to two years in prison after his conviction, along with three years supervised probation.
