City of Fargo to hold town hall on relocating Downtown Engagement Center

FARGO, N.D. – You have been invited to share your thoughts on the City of Fargo possibly moving the Downtown Engagement Center.

A town hall is set for Tuesday, September 23 at City Hall. Doors will open at 4:45 PM with the event beginning at 5:00. If you can’t make it in person, you can watch the meeting on TVFargo.com and on the city of Fargo’s Facebook and YouTube accounts.

City staff, community partners and service providers who serve people at the DEC will answer questions and give information about possibly moving the facility to:

  • 610 North University Drive, the former Fargo Brewing taphouse
  • 720 14th Street North
  • 2001 1st Avenue North

The city picked the sites with what it calls a no-cost partnership with consultants from Bloomberg Associates.
