Vikings defense forces five turnovers in dominant win over Bengals

The Minnesota Vikings dominated the Cincinnati Bengals 48-10 on Sunday afternoon.

The defense led the way forcing five turnovers. (three fumbles and two interceptions) Defensive back Isaiah Rodgers had two touchdowns with one on an interception and one after a fumble recovery. The Purple held Cincinnati to 171 total yards of offense.

Carson Wentz completed 14-of-20 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns. Justin Jefferson caught five passes for 75 yards. TJ Hockenson and Josh Oliver each had a touchdown reception. Jordan Mason led the rushing attack with 16 carries for 116 yards and two touchdowns.

Minnesota improved to 2-1 on the season with the win. The Vikings are now off to Europe for the next 2 games beginning with a matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Dublin on Sunday, September 28 at 8:30 a.m. with game coverage available on NFL Network.
