PLYMOUTH, MN — Three Annunciation Catholic School moms are demanding action.
The mothers advocated for a ban on assault rifles on Sunday night during a town hall meeting in Plymouth. Malia Kimbrell’s nine-year-old daughter Vivian was shot multiple times during the attack and is now recovering at home. The event was hosted for members of the state’s third district by Democratic Representative Kelly Morrison.
Governor Tim Walz has vowed to call a special session to address gun violence but a date has not been set.
