FARGO – The Fargo Convention Center Committee may move one step closer to seeing the project come to fruition on Friday.
According to an agenda published Thursday, the committee is set to meet at 1 p.m. in the Fargo City Hall’s Commission Chambers.
Among the topics of discussion is a potential vote on projects to move onto the second phase of the process.
The City of Fargo invited private developers to submit written proposals for the development, design, construction, and operation of a convention center and adjacent private development to be located in Fargo. A total of nine proposals were received by the City of Fargo.
The final project will be a public-private partnership.
