(Las Vegas, NV) — Denny Hamlin will race for the NASCAR Cup Series championship.
The driver of the No. 11 car secured a spot in the finale after cruising to a South Point 400 win from Las Vegas to kick off the Round of Eight. Kyle Larson, Cristopher Bell, Chase Briscoe and Tyler Reddick rounded out the top-five finishers.
The playoffs continue on Sunday from classic Talladega.
