FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – For the second time in the past year, plans have been put into motion to bring a second Target to Fargo.
According to public records from the City of Fargo, Target is proposing to construct a new 133,000 square foot store at 4814 38th Street S.
The plan includes the building as well as all associated parking lots, utilities, signage, and landscaping projects. An erosion and sediment control permit has been submitted for the parking lot.
Valley News Live reported back in February that Target was looking to bring a second location to Fargo, as indicated on their website. However, in May, that future store was taken off the website, and the fate of the store appeared uncertain.
The current application for the store just off of Interstate 29 is pending approval.
