BRECKENRIDGE, Minn. – Voters in the Breckenridge Public District soundly passed a $58 million bond referendum.
On Tuesday, November 4, 774 voters (70%) approved the plan while 330 voters (30%) voted no.
A capital projects levy of $600,000 a year for 10 years will give the district improved safety, security and technology, building an elementary school near the high school and replacing a bus garage.
