GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A 20-year-old Grand Forks man faces multiple felony charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor over a two-year period when both were children.
Roman Paul Harrow has been charged with five counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of indecent exposure in Grand Forks County District Court. The charges were filed on November 6, 2025, according to court documents.
Court documents allege the incidents occurred between January 2016 and December 2018, when the defendant was a minor and the victim was 8 years old.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, the alleged crimes took place at a residence in Grand Forks County.
The affidavit details multiple acts involving sexual acts and sexual contact.
All charges carry dates of Jan. 1, 2018, in court records. The investigation began in December 2024, according to the case file number.
