FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – The father of a man wanted for murder in Fargo is now in custody at the Cass County Jail.
Court records and the Cass County Jail Roster show Tyrone Jones being booked into jail on November 10.
Jones, an Arizona resident, had charges for possession with intent to deliver for cocaine and marijuana, as well as unlawful possession of a firearm, dating back to June 2022.
He had a warrant for his arrest issued on June 21, 2022.
Jones now has a preliminary hearing set for December 12 in Cass County Court.
His son, Tyrque, is still wanted in connection with the August 3 shooting of Azeem Holmes in downtown Fargo.
