UND’s Ben Strinden has been named the NCHC Forward of the Week for the second time in the past three weeks.
He scored three goals in a weekend split against Arizona State. Strinden was tied for the league lead with 11 shots on goal over the two games. He also blocked a pair of shots.
Strinden leads North Dakota with 15 total points on seven goals and eight assists.
North Dakota will battle the U.S. Under 18 Team in an exhibition on Friday in Grand Forks with puck drop scheduled for 7:07 p.m.
