MANHATTAN, KAN. – Sources are reporting former NDSU head football coach Chris Klieman is considering retiring from coaching.
Pete Thamel, College Football Senior Writer for ESPN, was among several who reported the development this morning on X, formerly Twitter.

Klieman is currently the head coach of the Kansas State Wildcats of the Big 12 Conference. He’s been the bench boss at Kansas State since 2019. Prior to that, he spent eight years at North Dakota State, five of which were as head coach.
Thamel said ‘nothing is finalized’ and that Klieman is under contract through 2032.
