Wild crushed by Avalanche

The Minnesota Wild fell to the Colorado Avalanche 5-1 on Sunday.

Colorado outshot Minnesota 42-29 in the game. Jesper Wallstedt saved 37 of the 41 shots he faced in net.

Ryan Hartman scored the Wild’s only goal, his ninth of the season. Jonas Brodin and Kirill Kaprizov each recorded an assist on the goal.

Minnesota fell to a record of 22-10-5 on the season. The Wild will host the Nashville Predators on Tuesday evening with puck drop scheduled for 7 p.m. and game coverage available on Hulu.
