BISMARCK, N.D. – A man was arrested after breaking into a Bismarck gas station to steal beer.
Surveillance video captured a man throwing a rock through a door, crawling in, then leaving with a case of Budweiser and a six pack of Bud light.
Police say Rathy Roman called them saying he needed to be arrested and admitted to stealing the beer because he didn’t have money.
He faces a felony count of burglary.
