FARGO, N.D. – Fargo Police arrest a 62-year-old Fargo man in connection with a report of a man pointing a firearm at citizens.
Police were called to the 2100 block of 17th Street South at before 11 a.m. Sunday after receiving the reports. They quickly established a perimeter upon arrival in order to contain the individual and ensure the safety of the public.
After an hour, 62-year-old Kevin Byzewski was taken into custody without incident and arrested for terrorizing.
After the arrest, Fargo Police officers executed a search warrant at Byzewski’s residence and processed the scene for evidence related to the crime.
