BECKER COUNTY, Minn. – A house in rural Detroit Lakes is a total loss after a fire.
Otter Tail County deputies responded around 1:30 PM on Sunday, January 26 to the 27000 block of Highway 20.
A 911 caller said he and his girlfriend left her mother’s home. When he returned 20 minutes later, there were flames in the kitchen and the house was filled with smoke.
Authorities say the fire’s cause is under investigation and no injuries were reported.
