FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A 35-year-old Florida woman is officially facing multiple felony charges after allegedly firing a handgun at a home in West Fargo and leading police on a pursuit Friday, Feb. 6.

Brittany Nicole Glennon was arrested following the incident in the 3300 block of Veterans Boulevard. Police say she fired multiple shots at vehicles parked outside a residence, according to court documents.

Witnesses reported hearing three to four shots fired in the area after a disturbance involving a female suspect.

According to the police report, Glennon allegedly fired at two vehicles parked in front of a home. Officers found bullet holes in both vehicles.

Multiple people were inside the residence at the time of the shooting, including a young child. No injuries were reported.

Witnesses told police they saw Glennon fire the shots from a Ford F-150 with Florida license plates. One witness reported seeing the suspect holding a handgun in her left hand and firing from inside the vehicle as it moved slowly through the residential area.

Police say Glennon fled the scene in the pickup truck, leading to a vehicle pursuit. She was later arrested by officers.

According to court documents, the incident stemmed from a domestic dispute. Glennon had allegedly come to the home earlier in the day looking for an ex-girlfriend who was staying there. Police say Glennon appeared intoxicated during the earlier encounter, which was captured on doorbell camera footage.

Officers recovered a Ruger EC9S handgun, which belonged to the victim, according to the report.

Glennon refused to cooperate with field sobriety testing and chemical breath tests at the Cass County Jail, police said.

She was booked into the Cass County Jail on charges of four counts of reckless endangerment with a dangerous weapon, fleeing a peace officer in a vehicle from a felony, DUI, DUI refusal, and discharge of firearms within city limits.

A preliminary hearing for Glennon is scheduled for March 13 at 1:30 p.m.
