OTTER TAIL COUNTY, Minn. – A Fergus Falls man is arrested after police say she stole a vehicle outside of New York Mills.
Otter Tail County deputies responded around 9:00 PM on Friday, February 27 to a vehicle that tried to flee. They used stop sticks and a PIT maneuver and 41-year-old Rene Torres was taken into custody.
He faces vehicle theft, fleeing and burglary charges.
