WEST FARGO, N.D. – Two people are facing charges after a pursuit Sunday in West Fargo.
The West Fargo Police Department said 35-year-old male Steven Foster was arrested for several charges, including felony fleeing, reckless endangerment, driving under suspension and possession of drug and paraphernalia charges. 34-year-old female Katie Haglund was also arrested and faces charges of fleeing, drug paraphernalia charges and multiple outstanding warrants.
The pursuit began near the 600 block of 13th Avenue East and ended after a foot pursuit in an industrial park. Spike strips were used but the vehicle fled from that scene near the intersection of Main Avenue West and 15th Street West before hitting a squad car.
The pair then fled towards an industrial park. Haglund was arrested after a short time, but Foster was later arrested after a K-9 and drone were deployed.
