Application period opens for N.D. State Board of Higher Ed

BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota’s State Superintendent of Public Instruction is opening the application period for two positions on the State’s Board of Higher Education.

The two four-year terms of board members Kevin Black and Danita Bye are expiring on June 30. Black is eligible for a second term, while Bye has served two four-year terms already.

Each board member is eligible for two four-year terms as allowed by the North Dakota Constitution.

The application deadline is 5 p.m. on May 22.
