WEST FARGO, N.D. – An early Tuesday morning rollover in West Fargo has resulted in charges for a 28-year-old Fargo woman.
West Fargo Police responded at 3:15 Tuesday morning to the 2800 block of Veterans Boulevard where they discovered a car on its side in the median after striking a light pole. Both occupants of the vehicle were pinned inside.
The driver, identified as Chuchu Ashley Ballah, was able to exit the vehicle after officers broke the back window, but the passenger was extricated.
Ballah showed signs of impairment.
The passenger later notified officers that the driver had been driving in the wrong lane at a high rate of speed when the accident occurred.
Ballah has been charged with DUI, DUI – Refusal and reckless endangerment.
The pair were treated for injuries.
