MOORHEAD, Minn. – The City of Moorhead announced “The Loop” will open on Saturday, April 18.
It will house the new Lake Agassiz Regional Library, a community center, children’s play space and a presentation hall.
The ribbon cutting will be held at 9:45 AM at Center Avenue and 5th Street. The library will open starting at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, April 8.
