FARGO, N.D. – An adult male was shot, and the search is on for the person responsible for an early Sunday shooting in Fargo.
Police say the call came in just after 6:10 a.m. for a shooting in the 1500 block of 16 1/2 Street South.
When officers arrived, they found an adult male with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. First responders transported the man to a local medical facility for treatment of his injuries while officers investigated. The investigation led officers to conduct an extensive canvass of the surrounding area to gather information and identify who was involved, but no arrests have been made in the case.
The Fargo Police Department is investigating, but they say it’s believed that the victim and suspect are known to each other, based on current information known to the police.
