The Minnesota Wild defeated the Detroit Red Wings 5-4 on Sunday. Minnesota led 4-1 in the third before giving up three straight goals. The Wild scored the game winning goal at the 18:09 mark of the final period.
Kirill Kaprizov scored a hat trick, including finding the back of the net for the game-winning goal. Kaprizov now has 43 goals on the season.

Matt Boldy added a goal and an assist while Vladimir Tarasenko recorded a goal. Ryan Hartman and Mats Zuccarello each tallied a pair of assists. Joel Eriksson Ek, Brock Faber, and Jake Middleton each added an assist.
The Wild improved to a record of 44-21-12 on the season. Minnesota will now host the Seattle Kraken on Tuesday at 7 p.m. on FanDuel Sports Network North Extra.
