The Minnesota Twins downed the Toronto Blue Jays 7-1 on Thursday night.
Bailey Ober only gave up one run over six innings of work en route to earning the victory. Anthony Banda recorded two outs while Andrew Morris tossed 1 1/3 scoreless innings out of the bullpen. Justin Topa closed the door with a shutout ninth inning.
Ryan Jeffers hit a two run homer, his fourth of the season. Byron Buxton added a solo home run, his eighth long ball of the season. Josh Bell, Austin Martin, and Luke Keaschall each chipped in an RBI.
