FARGO-MOORHEAD – CNBC reports sales of previously-owned homes rose two tenths of a percent from April over March nationwide.
On The Flag, Owner and Broker of James Patrick Real Estate Dan Perrine said our area bucks national trends.
“The Fargo-Moorhead area is in such a little weird, affluent pocket. I’ve never seen a correlation, so I stopped looking a long time ago,” Perrine explained.
Perrine says there have been a lot more home showings scheduled recently since it’s warming up outside and houses priced right sell quickly.
