(Duluth, MN) — Protesters calling for a cease-fire in Gaza are setting up camp in Duluth.
Several dozen protesters marched from the Duluth Public Library to City Hall yesterday afternoon.
The protesters reportedly planned to set up an encampment outside City Hall and in the city’s Rose Garden, where they plan to stay indefinitely.
The city issued a statement saying it was aware of the protest encampment and that there was no concern about public safety at this time.
