(Mandan, ND) — One person is dead following a head-on collision that happened near Mandan yesterday afternoon.
The crash happened on Highway 1806 about a mile north of Mandan. Troopers say a car veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a semi. The driver of the car died at the scene. The truck driver wasn’t hurt.
The highway was closed for nearly five hours while troopers investigated.
