BISMARCK, ND — A Bismarck man has been sentenced to three years probation after he pleaded guilty to terrorizing and criminal mischief.
The charges stem from an incident that happened last summer, when Eduardo Diaz shot out his neighbor’s windows with a BB gun and threatened him. As part of his probation, Diaz won’t be allowed to drink alcohol or be anywhere that serves it.
Diaz is also barred from having or using guns.
