Minnesota Board of Medical Practice takes action against local doctor

(ST PAUL) – The Minnesota Board of Medical Practice has taken action against a Fargo doctor.

Dr. Arden Beachy, of Family HealthCare, had action taken against his Minnesota doctor’s license on July 13 due to ‘engaging in any unethical or improper conduct,’ according to the Board of Medical Practice.

His license has been reprimanded and Beachy has been ordered to follow conditions including completing pre-approved coursework in professional boundaries within six months of the date of the order placed by the Board, write and submit a paper discussing what he has learned from the coursework and how he will implement the knowledge into his practice within three months of the completion of the coursework and pay a civil penalty of $10,000.

We are attempting to learn more information about the issues surrounding Beachy’s conduct. He is not listed on Family HealthCare’s roster of physicians as of Monday afternoon.
